|Recommended: YesZag Apartments, it doesn't get better than this — Not only are the apartments in an ideal location, tucked away yet accessible to everything you need, but they are also kept clean and organized and you can find a friendly smile or wave from community members everyday.

|Recommended: YesLove it — I love living at the ZAG apartments. It is quiet and clean and everyone is friendly. The parking is the worst part. There is free parking in the flat lot but depending on the time of day, it can be hard to get a parking spot. Overall, I love it and I am so happy I chose to live here. It’s a great location and the amenities here make up for the difficult parking.

|Recommended: YesA Perfect Home — I love living in this apartment complex Unlike previous places I've lived, the manager and staff are extremely helpful and accommodating to any request. They always go out of their way to make sure you have the best experience possible and are so friendly. The apartment is gorgeous with great quality finishes and appliances. I rarely hear my neighbors and appreciate how quiet and respectful everyone is in this community. The amenities are also amazing and only add to the great quality of the complex. It is a great neighborhood and community to live in with lots to do. I would highly recommend living here - it is by far the best apartment I've ever lived in

|Recommended: YesIt was amazing I loved my experience. — It was clean, well-kept, and staff was very responsive. The only complaint is the parking lot can be full if you get home after 9PM, meaning you must use street parking.

|Recommended: YesBest place to call home — My experience at ZAG has been the best experience I’ve ever had renting. Everything is clean, modern, and well kept. The people who live here are very friendly, and I feel very safe here. The elevators and available dollies made move in a breeze, and are equally helpful when bringing up groceries. The amenities are beautiful, and the coffee machine is definitely a plus I would definitely recommend to a friend.

|Recommended: YesOne of the best Properties in Omaha — This is an awesome place to live, especially for working professionals and the location is outstanding. The apartment has great security, amenities nice gym, study area, pool, grills of course the Shuffleboard, to name a few are valuable and well-maintained. I spent most of my time during the pandemic at this place and even worked from home almost the entire time and couldn't have asked for a better place.
Here are some things I wished this place had Smooth top range instead of the coil top range. Double door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser instead of the normal refrigerator. This is pretty much a brand new apartment - so these two things would have been nice and made the place feel more modern.
Bike Racks would have been useful. The rentable storage spaces are too small and they are actually meant to store bikes. Since we paid for storage, I guess a bigger storage space would come in handy. As far as packages are concerned, sometimes, it was difficult to find packages but not too terrible. I wish there was a designated area for FedEx UPS to pick up packages that are labeled and ready to be picked up.
Overall, a nice place to live Definitely recommend.

|Recommended: YesBest apartment experience yet — Staff is friendly and easy to reach, grounds are well kept up, and the apartment is modern and spacious. Close enough to UNMC for school purposes and near blackstone and midtown for all the social needs.

|Recommended: YesGreat location, caring management, prompt maintenance — I've lived in apartments all over the country. Brittany, the manager, is second to none. She promptly takes care of any issue. The construction is pretty solid. You can hear the occasional neighbor, and like any apartment there are a few inconsiderate folks living here, the pool gets noisy, but Zag remains a step above the rest. Maintenance is responsive, and the property is very well maintained. Zag is tucked away in a wonderful historic and walkable neighborhood. The location simply can't be beat in Omaha.
