|Recommended: YesGood for the area — It’s great for first time apartment tenants. Lots of amenities. Wish there wasn’t a gate up front back entrance but rather a hallway that connected all of the buildings together so we wouldn’t have to hear the gate being slammed all the time. Parking gets full late but if you get a garage spot that resolves that issue. Not as up to date as other bluestone properties. Elevator in building is really slow. The staff sets this place apart from others though. Very helpful and helps make Zag a wonderful tenant experience. Overall I give it a 4 5 stars.

|Recommended: YesPeaceful and Secure — My husband and I were in the process of moving back to Omaha after living in Canada for 18 years. When our temporary housing fell through our son recommended the ZAG apartments where he lives. They were the only one we could find that actually did short term rentals. They really helped us out. We were there for 3 months.We would highly recommend them. Never had to go to Starbuck's once since they have Starbuck's coffee brewing every morning. The facilities and public areas are very clean and they also have a fire pit and pool...

|Recommended: NoWill be moving at end of lease — The community is great but the rooms are not to be desired. The walls are thin and the ceilings are even thinner. They're no fault of their own, the person above me is incredibly loud walker and The footsteps are constant. When I'm in the bathroom I can hear the conversations of the people above me if they're in the bathroom as well. It's quite uncomfortable. The water also takes forever to heat up and doesn't have a very good Max heat temperature. For all of these reasons I will most likely be ending my lease when it's over to move elsewhere. I'm also assuming the person before me left because of the same issues of the person above.

|Recommended: YesIncredibly wonderful experience — It was lucky that I could find this property when I looked for the apartment. The reason why I got this great opportunity to visit here is one of my friend recommended me to do so. At a first glance, my wife and I started to love this apartment because of its clean and creative interior, many common equipments, and a kind support of stuffs. We decided to live here in a day and the decision turned out to be correct soon. So far, we have not had any complains. I strongly recommend you to offer a tour to ZAG.

|Recommended: YesProfessional, Effective Communication, Safe, Chic and Home. — I have loved living at ZAG The staff is amazing, so easy to work with, accessible when needed and available on site The building and the unit is clean, well kept and up to date in terms of appliances, light fixtures and amenities. I feel very safe here as you need a fob to get in and out of all of the doors. I would recommend this apartment for anyone looking to still be near downtown but also explore a new neighborhood The staff will ensure your move in and stay is successful, safe and a wonderful experience. This is the best apartment complex I have lived in

|Recommended: NoNot a great place to live — I've been here for 2 months and so far I've dealt with a leaking ceiling, which took several diagnosis to resolve. Another tenant who damaged my newly purchased car. Constant traffic and truck noise in and out of the parking lot who puts the main the road into a parking lot right up against the building and CONSTANT noise from the trash compacter going off
I can easily hear my neighbors above me beside me and across from me. The building materials themselves are not great quality. The piping in my shower was loose upon move in which was an error in initial instillation.
Regarding the ease of move in, I had to fight to move in a day early on a Sunday. Frustrating since I was moving from several states away and started me new position the following Monday. There was NO bike rack as the advert had said and the staff has confirmed when I initially called. There is not garbage disposal, which again was advertised.
The fellow tenants themselves are not great, the parking lot is utter chaos see above to damage to my car . I've seen several cars damaged in the lot, people that don't park in a spot even though several are open , people parking on the driveway in the lot etc.
Overall for the cost of living here, the free coffee is not worth it.

|Recommended: YesAmazing experience — I have lived here for just over two years and it’s been awesome. Close to work, friendly staff, and nice apartments Sometimes in the halls I can hear noise from other residents but I can never hear it in the apartment.

|Recommended: YesGood Property Closeto UNO — This is a first-rate apartment complex near to UNO dodge campus and UNMC as well. Grocery stores Bakers are very much accessible as well.
