|Recommended: YesHome Sweet Home — I can’t imagine living anywhere else. The staff is wonderful and does a fantastic job of making sure their tenants are content and comfortable. Some rare individual tenants might be a little loud at times, but this place is 100 ideal for the most part. It is quite clean, easily accessed, and a lovely place to call home.

|Recommended: YesReview — Good place to live. Kinda a younger crowd. Maintenance is wonderful along with rental staff. My only complaint is how slow the elevators are and that my upstairs neighbor walks like an elephant . Wish my apt had a garbage disposal. Love the washer and dryer. Would recommend.

|Recommended: YesReview — Sometimes I feel like the parking lines in the parking lot are too small, so I wish they were a little bigger. Property staff respond in a timely manner. Maintenance have been great - anytime I've put in something to be looked at, they complete it the same day make sure to leave a note of what they did if I wasn't here.

|Recommended: YesTotally impressed — The grounds, building, common areas, and apartment are clean and stylish. Everyone is friendly and respectful so far. The neighbor noise is maybe a bit easier to hear than some other places, but everyone here is so considerate it never poses a significant intrusion. The area is nice too and feels very homey tucked back into the neighborhood.

|Recommended: YesHighly Recommend ZAG — I found an opening at ZAG just when I needed it, and it has been a great place to live since. And that's even while I've been doubled up on college and work, and haven't had time to enjoy the amenities yet It's a beautiful place with a great staff, and I look forward to sticking around for awhile, especially after graduation.

|Recommended: Yes2 Years, No Regrets — My wife and I resided in the larger one bedroom unit at ZAG for 2 years and we loved every minute of it. The gym was convenient, the parking was accessible, the pool was never too crowded, and the staff was always very responsive. I would recommend living here.

|Recommended: YesQuality Apartments — I have lived at Zag for just over a year. It is a nice apartment close to UNMC, Blackstone, and Aksarben. My apartment is quiet top floor and rather spacious, my neighbors are respectful and friendly, and I have no trouble finding parking right outside of my building. The staff at the front desk Aaron, Brittany wave hi every day over my lunch hour. It has a solid gym where you can almost always get cardio in. It has complimentary coffee. On all of my service requests, maintenance has acted on the same day as the request. In all seriousness, Hunter Sr. Maintenance Technician, fantastic guy deserves a raise for the quality of his work and his ability to carry a conversation. Overall, I have enjoyed living here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable apartment complex.
