It is the perfect place to live if you are wanting a place that is entertaining, productive, and a hidden gem - all in one.

|Recommended: YesGreat location and atmosphere — If you get good neighbors then you're lucky because you can definitely hear everything. The location is perfect, close to downtown, but a residential feel. Took forever for the pool to open, but since it has it has been amazing. 8 10 would recommend to a friend.
|Recommended: YesOnly a 5 minute drive to anywhere in Omaha — Location is perfect for me. I attend UNO full-time and can bike ride to classes within 10min. You've got Blackstone district and Dundee district both within a few minute drive of the place, or just hop on a Lime Scooter to save a little gas. Love it here, glad I moved in. Thanks ZAG.
|Recommended: YesGreat location and amenities. — If I was not moving out of state I would definitely renew my lease. Living at ZAG has been a great experience. Great storage and cabinet space. Very clean. Quiet and safe residential area. Great parking, never had an issue. Fabulous location close to Aksarben, Blackstone and downtown. The fire pit, pool and grilling area is a chill hangout spot. Friendly staff. Lots of different layouts options. Would 100 recommend.
|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — I really enjoyed living at ZAG apartments and I'm only moving because of a job. The location is great, the staff is very friendly and responsive, the grounds are well kept and I never hear my neighbors. Seriously there was no shady business and the quality of the unit was great.
|Recommended: YesSuch an UPGRADE — I used to live in an albeit older complex, but after one month of living at ZAG, I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Their staff is super friendly, the community is so warm and welcoming, and you can't beat the location for closeness to UNMC, Blackstone, Midtown, and all of the other up and coming places in Omaha.
|Recommended: YesGood overall, minor improvements could be made — Maintenance is outstanding, very quick. Front office is very helpful and friendly as well. Only real noise issues is hearing when people walk on the floor above it is very noticeable. Heat and A C seem to run very frequently, even though there are no noticeable drafts. Overall construction quality is relatively good. Pool has been unsightly for the last month. Parking availability is excellent, but the lot is not the most secure, my license plates were stolen off my truck.
|Recommended: YesSmart layout and excellent amenities — Zag is a nice place to call home. Everything is just as good as advertised. My only complaint would be that the walls between your neighbors are a little thin.

|Recommended: YesNoisy Neighbors — Noise from the hallway can be loud, neighbors bang on their walls often enough for it to be an annoyance, those living above me walk extremely heavy at all hours of the day and night. Sometimes hard to sleep with stomping running in the apartment above.
